Also, Half Moon and Jayfeather 😭 I'm not normally one to feel so strongly about canon ships (so many of them are so bland and out of nowhere) but this one made me into a supporter like, instantly. They were just so cute together 😭 Knowing that Jayfeather could have finally had the life he always wanted, unhindered by his blindness, able to take a mate who so obviously loves him and have kits, but destiny has other plans... It hurts :( That scene at the end has my heart, omg. I like to think that, many seasons in the future, once all this is resolved, they get to be with each other in StarClan/The Tribe of Endless Hunting <3 (since it's basically canon that those are the same thing, just in different places). Jayfeather and Lionblaze still don't know who the third cat is supposed to be. It's either Ivypaw or Dovepaw...you don't know which until a few chapters into it. Lost Stars • The Silent Thaw • Veil of Shadows • Darkness Within • The Place of No Stars • A Light in the Mist I love the fact that there is supposed to be a '4th cat', making the power of three to the power of four. Well, how would they do this. Us readers started to know about the prophecy in Firestar's Quest, and Sky plainly stated: 'There will be three, kin of you kin, who will hold the power of the stars in their paws.' How would the people change this? Don't get me wrong, I'm sooo excited for that 'Fourth Warrior,' but it seems a little hard for Erin Hunter to do.

I am sure that our youngest will want to read all of the different Warriors series, and I plan to read them right along with her. Lionblaze and Jayfeather discover that Hollyleaf is still alive. Jayfeather and Dovewing go to the Tribe of Rushing Water, where Jayfeather has time-travel experiences as Jay's Wing, and makes the decision for the Ancients to leave the lake. The ThunderClan cats choose Stoneteller's successor and leave. [source?]First of all let me just say about the series. I started with the first series when i was about 12, and i liked them. Now i'm 15 almost 16. I keep reading these books because hey i can't just stop after all this time. I'm hoping they'll at least finish out strong, but i honestly don't enjoy them at all anymore. Around the 3'd series "Power of Three" they started to decline rapidly. By the time the 4th series "Omen of the Stars" it really lost it's merit for me. There was much less violence then before, and the love story's have already been done in the first 18 books. I wish Erin would have found a better way to end it sooner. I don't think it's just that I've grown up, the're actually getting much worse... There are many characters, so the wild cats are introduced as Clans such as Thunderclan, Windclan, Riverclan, Shadowclan, Skyclan. Clans adapted themselves according to their domain, and they have conflicts, but they are also concerned for each other. Flametail drowns. [55] Ivypaw agrees to spy on the Dark Forest for Lionblaze and Jayfeather. [source?] Mistyfoot becomes leader of RiverClan. [53] A tree falls into the ThunderClan camp. Ivypaw starts training in the Dark Forest. [54] Lionblaze accidentally kills Russetfur. [20]

Characters - 4.5/5 - Like the previous two books, I've been getting more used to the cats having powers and in this book I didn't really mind them having them at all. It's sort of interesting, I guess. I'm still not huge fans of Dovewing and Ivypool (they seem a bit annoying at times), but we're not meant to like every single character! On the other hand, I think Jayfeather and Lionblaze are awesome! Finally, in this book we saw the Tribe Cats which was really awesome; they're so different to the Clan cats, providing great variety! The Apprentice's Quest • Thunder and Shadow • Shattered Sky • Darkest Night • River of Fire • The Raging Storm The time travel concept was... kind of wild, honestly. Like, okay, Erins. I know we've done it before with Jayfeather going into the past to influence the future so the Clan's he's a part of still exist (I know, my head hurts too) but it was still kind of exhausting to wrap my head around. I do like it though! The idea that the Clans are cyclical in nature, that for all their differences the Clans and the Tribe were originally one and the same and will forever be connected just... hits me right in the feels. Good shit. Tigerstar - I COULD WRITE PARAGRAPHS ABOUT TIGERSTAR. OK SO HE'S BEEN THIS LITTLE ANNOYING GNAT FOR ABOUT..... 22 BOOKS NOW - LIKE SRSLY HE'S LITERALLY DEAD AND HE'S JUST DECIDED 'HeY i'M jUsT gOnNa RaGe A sKeLeToN wAr NoW.' Also I'm betting a tenner that Firestar is special again and is the Fourth which makes no sense in the plot but I bet it still happens, even though Ivypool deserves to be special more, seeing as she threw a tantrum and now makes nightly visits to evil dead cats, because Dovewing was getting more attention than her.

Firestar's Quest • Bluestar's Prophecy • SkyClan's Destiny • Crookedstar's Promise • Yellowfang's Secret • Tallstar's Revenge • Bramblestar's Storm • Moth Flight's Vision • Hawkwing's Journey • Tigerheart's Shadow • Crowfeather's Trial • Squirrelflight's Hope • Graystripe's Vow • Leopardstar's Honor • Onestar's Confession • Riverstar's Home • Ivypool's Heart • Super Edition 18

Enjoyment - 4/5 - I was maybe expecting a tad bit more considering the things we've seen in other Warriors books (it's hard to compare though as they're all so good), but it was certainly a very enjoyable read nevertheless! Meanwhile in ThunderClan, cats are growing up. Poppyfrost is due to have kits, and six-moon old kits are being made apprentices, mainly Dovekit and Ivykit. Dovekit becomes Lionblaze's apprentice and Ivypaw becomes Cinderheart's. Life goes on for a while, then Dovepaw starts discovering her gift of sensing animals and events that are far away from her, and she finds out that something is damming the stream, causing the drainage of the lake. The Sun Trail • Thunder Rising • The First Battle • The Blazing Star • A Forest Divided • Path of Stars The idea to write this series comes from Hunters, who reflect the world’s iniquity and show the love for cats and deference for nature in all its form. This series’ story is about feral cats who initially lived together in a forest around a lake. Because of the destruction by the humans, they left that place and separated into five groups. Into the Wild • Fire and Ice • Forest of Secrets • Rising Storm • A Dangerous Path • The Darkest Hour This arc seems to be taking more of a sombre approach to things compared to the previous three. With Hollyleaf now out of the picture, Lionblaze and Jayfeather need to find the last of the three, kin of Firestar's kin. With Cloudtail's (Firestar's nephew) daughter Whitewing having birthed two kits at the end of PoT, Lionblaze and Jayfeather believe one of them could be the third. It will cost her her friends, her family, her Clanmates, her Clan, the forest! She thinks there will be no cost what so ever she probably doesnt even realize it will cost her her life.
