These could be a little disappointing to some, but as we said, don’t get too worried yet. None of this may make sense until we get the full picture of everything that may be getting updated with each faction for AoS 3.0

Van Lutyens again tries to reason with Robson, but Robson is full of contempt for him, Harris, and all the others trying to tell him his job. As they argue, the impeller grinds to a halt. The entire refinery is flooded with the heartbeat sound that has been masked by the sound of the machinery. Because they come from the same sprue as the Auric Hearthguard, there’s not much else to be added here – aside from that those pesky thinner pieces on the Auric Hearthguards’ weapons are no longer an issue. The weapon heads attach to the handles easily, and the sculpt of the torsos and arms makes it really easy to ensure that both arms are lined up in the correct place. In the animated version, a "wanted" poster with a photograph of the Master is visible on the notice board in the office of the guard who refuses Maggie Harris access, as well as in the impeller room. This poster was also present in the animated version of The Faceless Ones. The Idoneth Deepkin also suffered a few points increases as well on their units which isn’t that much in the way of NERFs really… Fyreslayers Warscrolls & Rules ChangesAfter standing firm against countless assaults from the likes of Khornate worshippers and the Nighthaunt, Ryftmar was finally brought low by the skaven. In submarines.** It turns out that hordes of ratfolk in their little underwater boats aren’t as cute as they sound – the warpstone torpedoes that they fired caused terrible devastation to the lower vaults of the magmahold. Even though the Skaven were eventually driven off, the damage they caused left Ryftmar in a precarious position. Soul Searching As the dread tides of the Vitriolic Sea rise, and Ryftmar slips ever deeper into the boiling waves, Fury of the Deep draws that much closer. Along with some incredible miniatures for the Fyreslayers and Idoneth Deepkin (including new heroes for both armies), the Fury of the Deep battlebox includes rules to play out the epic conflict for Ryftmar. Three battleplans will help you decide the magmahold’s fate, and there are new realm rules for fighting in the Vitriolus Reach. So, whether you want to call down a magical spell that makes your opponents’ saving throws worse or experience fighting in an acid rain storm, you’ll feel like you’re really in the heart of the action. And after yesterday’s big reveal for Warhammer 40,000, we have something special for fans of the Mortal Realms coming on the same day. You will also find a copy of the core rules in this box. This book contains a Conquest Unbound section featuring rules for more unusual types of battles in the Mortal Realms including Siege Warfare, Tunnel Fighting, and Triumph and Treachery multiplayer games for three or more factions.

There’s no need to raid far and wide for news when we serve it up to you on a shiny platter! Keep up to date with all the happenings of the Mortal Realms by signing up for the Warhammer Community newsletter .The very first appearance of The Doctor's sonic screwdriver provides another point of interest for fans. Funnily the sonic screwdriver is used to....... wait for it..... UNDO A SCREW! A task it would be seldom used for in the future but explaining why it is called a screwdriver in the first place! If you don’t shoot this on turn one (or any turn for that matter) just be sure to mention it’s heating up NBA Jams style and when you get into range next turn, you’ll be at -3 Rend. If you haven’t taken any wounds this is super strong as you’ll be hitting on a 2+ and are heated up, this could dish out the damage. Victor Pemberton took inspiration from the UK's emerging interest in natural gas, which had recently been discovered in abundant quantities beneath the North Sea. Quill is the one who uses the emergency vent controls to get Robson under the weed creature's control in episode three, instead of Oak. And, of course, no collection of Dwarves, Duardin, or whatever it is you want to call them, can be considered complete without the Ginger Menace himself. Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Fury of the Deep Review – Final Thoughts Pros

John Abineri remarked that the scene where Van Lutyens gets dragged into the foam by the Weed Creature was dangerous for him to film. He explained that, roughly, four feet beneath the foam there was a platform which he was supposed to land on and then crouch; which he successfully did but, because the platform was very small, he very nearly lost his footing which meant he would have fallen thirty feet and he believed that the crew would have thought the scene was successful and wouldn't have noticed that something had happened to him. As Ryftmar crumbles into the violent Aqshyan seas and its halls ring with the screams of the fallen, the Auric Flamekeeper will have no shortage of work… I also love this set because the captain is called a “Karl”, and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about this little Duardin’s mates saying “ Kaaaarl, that kills people!” every time he swings his mighty weapons. Also, there’s a dwarf with a trumpet, which conjures up memories of Gimli blowing the horn of Helm Hammerhand at Helm’s Deep. Idoneth DeepkinI think the Vulkite Berserkers might be my favourite kit in the Fry of the Deep box. These models are not only astoundingly easy to put together, but they’re designed in such a way to ensure you have maximum freedom over how you put them together. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel paints. Unbeknownst to the rest of them, the door to the impeller shaft gives way and foam and weed flood through. Van Lutyens and the Chief Engineer decide there must be something wrong with the impeller itself; pressure is either dangerously high or far too low. Van Lutyens fears an imminent explosion in one of the pipes. Van Lutyens implores Robson to turn the gas off, but Robson refuses, saying he will simply burn off the pressure. Commentary (episode 4) with Film Cameraman Ken Westbury, Make-Up Designer Sylvia James with archive recordings of actor John Abineri ( Van Lutyens) and Director Hugh David.

Are you excited about the new Fury of the Deep box set for AoS? Do you like the new Fyreslayers warscrolls rules? Immerse yourself in the world of Vehldathin where your Characters will find themselves part of an expedition exploring a newly discovered island east of the mainland. Despite many troubles on the mainland, several great noble kingdoms, pious churches, and wealthy benefactors have set up these sudden expeditions to the new world in hopes to lay first claim on what is discovered. Use your skills to uncover the mysteries and treasures that rest within this land, all while building your frontier town from the ground up. Due to a production error, the original arrangement of the theme music is used during the title sequences of episodes four and five. This is about as good of a value for a box we’ve seen in a while. It feels like it’s been forever since we had even seen a new AoS battle box (Dominion doesn’t really count) but the value is basically identical to the last one.As the Idoneth infiltrate the Ancestor Halls at Ryftmar’s foundations they are met by Yaelgar, an Auric Flamekeeper of the Vostarg Lodge. Rudely interrupted in the middle of a funerary rite, this bellowing preacher takes up his brazier axe and turns his fury on the aether-sea raiders. Harris has found Maggie at home, dazed. She can only barely remember being stung by the seaweed. Harris helps Maggie to lie down but suddenly, she sits up and looks in terror towards the window. They are unaware that the foam is bubbling and multiplying outside on the patio. Harris leaves to get help, even if it's from this mysterious Doctor. Suddenly, Maggie gets up and heads for the door that leads to the patio. She takes hold of the door handle, trying to decide whether or not to open it. With a swift movement, she swings open the door to see the foam bubbling away. She screams and swings the door shut. The wounds did go up, so the points there make some sense, other than that, most things stayed the same, but they did gain some damage on their weapons. So really, with the additions, the points do sort of make sense. A 6+ Ward is a nice little buff but isn’t the craziest thing in the world. However, giving a unit a 5+ Ward save once per battle could hopefully save a unit when you really need them to survive. Bard of the Lodge
