After a fish farm claims a chemical plant is polluting their water supply, the plant hires lawyer Jackie Lung (Chan) to defend them and discredit their accuser. In Dragons Forever, the trio play three friends – one who is a lawyer, another a gun dealer, and the other a cat burglar undergoing therapy -- who are hired by a chemical company and soon grow conscious of the company’s evil business practices, forcing them to make a difficult decision.But when he falls for a beautiful woman out to stop the plant, Jackie is torn in a conflict of interest and asks his trusty friends Samo and Biao to help out at least until they discover the true purpose of the plant.

All of the special features are here including the wonderful commentary track with Mike Leeder and Arne Venema, but 88 Films has gone the extra mile and given us some new features.What this means is that 88 Films has made sure that the film hasn’t been digitally scrubbed to death (the dreaded DNR) and allowed the film(s) to breathe with a beautiful sheen of grain. And with that action comes some great comedic set pieces, like Yuen Biao and Sammo Hung infringing upon a dinner date between Jackie and the cousin of someone who he’s building a case against. If you watch the English export cut, you’ll have to stick with the Golden Harvest dub in DTS-HD Master Audio mono.
