It was a feel-good journey of self-discovery with great writing and wonderful characters that just made me happy. The characters transition from “enemies” to friends before becoming lovers, and that always helps in feeling the chemistry that the author intended for us to feel. Aurora De La Torre has been through a lot in the last year and decides to go back to her hometown to settle.

I love following her new journey in life and how she rediscovers herself and happiness she’s been missing.We really see the relationship progress at a steady pace as Aurora and Rhodes discover just how alike they truly are. Aurora DeLattor is looking for a fresh start to erase the memory of the last fourteen or so years and moves on from her previous, hectic life.

Should the author ever decide to venture back into the world of Pagosa Springs I would really love to see the story surrounding Clara and Johnny. Resentment, bitter and twisted, rose up over the back of my neck and shoulders like it had daily since things had fallen apart. I spent two days reading this book and I never wanted to put it down, I was busting out the kindle app on my phone every chance I could get. It gave me all the feels 🙌🏻 I went through loss, grief, friendship, happiness and a slow to achieve- “can’t eat, can’t sleep, reach for the stars, over the fence, World Series kind of love” if I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. yeah, he didn't want her there because his son, Amos secretly allowed her to rent their garage apartment.

Mariana Zapata is the Queen of the Slow Burn, and boy does she ever deliver with All Rhodes Lead Here! A classic Mariana Zapata, slow-as-slow-fuck burn, where the wait was worth every single second, I honesty wouldn't have changed a single thing about this book, that's a rare thing for me to say.
