Take a look now to discover what makes Shimano B01S Resin Disc Brake Pads worthy of a review score of 9.6 out of 10.

We then wanted to get a bit more specific and only look at Shimano products that are listed in the Brake Pads category. products that meet this search were more expensive than Shimano B01S Resin Disc Brake Pads and 3 were cheaper. The Shimano B01S is one of the most common brake pads used in the industry. Almost every bicycle repair shop will have B01S. This pad is used on at least 45 different brake systems spanning across many different brands. It is used on hydraulic and mechanical disc brakes. So the first aspect of price that we’re going to look at is the price of Shimano B01S Resin Disc Brake Pads. The disadvantage is that Hydraulic disc brakes systems are several times more expensive than mechanical disc brakes. However the actual brake pads are about the same cost.As we said in the pricing part of the review, brand is a really important consideration, but especially so when looking to buy Brake Pads. But as you’re probably already aware, you’re on to a great choice if you do go with Shimano, as they’re a fantastic brand, making amazing products.

The HD-R290 brakes spec sheet does not indicate the pad to use - except that it must be resin, but finding subsitutes to the F10BS is possible. At Chain Reaction Cycles we found 854 products from Shimano, of which 32 were in the Brake Pads category.Of the 854 from Shimano, 784 were more expensive than Shimano B01S Resin Disc Brake Pads and 57 were cheaper. How much are Shimano Brake Pads? Looks like my rear pads are down to 1 mm or less. front is also very close. I have BR-M447 brakes and Shimano has only one replacement pad the B01S - they say to only use resin pads. Question 2. front rotor looks great. rear maybe not. there is a slight groove worn in it. not very deep but noticable. Should I just replace the pads and keep riding or is this a problem. there is still pad left and it cant see where it would be rubbing on some metal besides the pad. Pics below. Similarly you’ll also want to spend some time looking at the features too. Again the table above, listing the features will give you a really good overview. However you should think about the sort of features that you’d expect when buying new Brake Pads. It’s worth writing a list of the “must-have” features so that you don’t end up compromising and missing some important features, or alternatively end up buying an unnecessarily high specced product.

not sure what I should do... here are some pics. can you tell if there is a spacer missing?? Could there be the wrong pads installed? Seems strange they are both running low on the rotor. Quality is without doubt one of the most important factors that we consider when buying bikes, parts, accessories or clothing. As you’d imagine it’s especially important when buying Brake Pads. Let’s take at a look at the sort of things you can look at when trying to ascertain the quality of Shimano B01S Resin Disc Brake Pads. of riding and ability. Our range includes bikes from some of the worlds largest brands including Trek, Giant, Liv, Kona, GT, Polygon, Reid and over 250 more quality bike brands. Whether you are an avid mountain biker, urban commuter, road cyclist or Swisstop also indicates that they sell a brake pad compatible with these calipers: the Disc 34 (different variants, RS depicted here).I do like these resin pads; braking power is good and consistent with zero squeal. I do not ride in wet conditions at all, an unfortunate condition of the persistent drought in southern California.
