The hard metal parts can be wiped down, and the plush seat pad is completely removable and machine washable. It can be washed and dried with like colors in cold water. It’s very simple to remove the cloth portion. (There are directions in the manual, though they’re not really needed. That’s how easy it is.) Our old swing moved side-to-side, so it took my daughter some time to get used to Ingenuity ConvertMe Swing-2-Seat. After the first few tries, she has gotten used to it and now actually loves it, and I love having a few hands-free moments for myself. Right now, she just watches the plush toy at the top (because it moves with her seat), but she’s not quite to the age where she is really batting at it or anything.
