The drug and its metabolites were identified by thin layer chromatography (TLC) coupled with mass-spectrometry (MS), while the serum levels and urinary recovery were quantified by gas-chromatography (GLC) of a f1uorated derivative after the peak had been identified by gas-chromatography-mass-spectrometry (GLC/MS).
