Description

Controls up to six PWM RGB fans, allowing you to set custom fan curves and lighting profiles that adjust based on system temperatures - including Zero RPM mode to keep the noise down at low loads. Using the Core XT is less expensive than multiple Commander Pros AND less clutter since the Pro ALSO requires separate RGB hubs for control fan lighting. Another option would be to mount the RGB fans on the TOP of the case but I'd need some sort of extender for the top glass... it is possible I suppose. It'd need a roughly 30mm lift to fit the fans between the top of the outer case and the bottom of the glass.

Following up on this, would a Lighting Node Pro controller work as another solution to having more than six RGB fans? If the Com Core XT is not detected via the USB hub, then there may be a problem with the device. Does it show up in the Device Manager even though it is not in the software? I might move the rad to be mounted on the roof then I can fit the 4 fans, unfortunately due to 3060TI size and Motherboard (mATX not mITX) I cannot fit fans on the bottom. Mi idea es comprar otro Commander XT y conectarle 6 ventiladores QL120 (204leds), la bomba XD5 (10 leds) y el bloque CPU XC7 (16 leds) en serie a la entrada RGB. yeah that's what I guessed but I was wondering if there is anyone who actually attempted it or not. This will play a key part on which aio I am gonna buy so I kind of want to get a definite answer :(( thank you for your input.I saw on the Internet that I had to buy a fan hub and a Commander pro to control the fan's speed, but what about the commander core XT ? CORSAIR make a lot of products to help you control your RGB and Airflow DIY components. Before the release of iCUE LINK, we used more traditional methods to make everything work together. In a 780T you will only need one controller (Commander Core) and it's 6 PWM and 6 RGB ports. In the 7000X you can have as 9-11 fans by filling slots, so you would need either a second PWM/RGB controller like the Commander XT or to use a pair of simple devices like a PWM repeater hub and Lighting Node Core/Pro to handle RGB. If you don't have any of those RGB controllers from old builds, the Commander XT is the logical choice. Based on my googling, I am assuming that this is a problem because I have a x570 mobo, but I am going to lay out my specs and all my troubleshooting so far and see if there is a fix for this. If not, I am extremely disappointed in this hardware and even more upset that I bought two thinking I just had a faulty one. Connect the included temperature probe into the port labeled TEMP 1 or TEMP 2. The probe itself can be placed anywhere inside or outside your system to monitor temperature.

Install the 4 Intel standoff screws into your motherboard. Make sure all 4 screws are tightened until secure. Otherwise, having all six front fans connected to a COMMANDER CORE XT, and the remaining four connected to the COMMANDER CORE wouldn't be bad either!Every Corsair RGB Hub (whatever the kind) has room for 6 fans, so if you have a RGB Led Hub and a Lighting Node Core you will be ok any kind of fan you have (be aware that if your 7 fans are let's say LL and QL, you will have to connect each kind of fan to a different hub). Mixing different fans on the same hub can bring weird effects. Would I be better off connecting the 6 on the rad to the Com Core 1,2,3 via PWM Splitters, the 6 on the front and side via the PWM Repeater into Com Core 4, and the rear fan into Com Core 5. This would leave me with 1 free fan header on the Com Core, but if I am correct I could control all fans then, knowing that the front and side ones would be at the same speed but controllable all the same. I bought the Lian Li strimer as I saw that it is compatible with iCue, the specifications say it has 162 leds, I have to configure it as a led strip connected to Commander XT but the maximum is 60 leds, is there another option ? Connect a 3-pin RGB device (e.g. lighting strips, fan lighting hubs, or Hydro X components) into the port labeled RGB. The first time I set the system up the 6 QL 120mm Fan light wasn't working, but it was powered and the fans are (Blowing Air)

Commander CORE control different rgb fans? Can Corsair Commander CORE control different rgb fans?

My question is the following: If I connect 6 QL120 fans (34x6=204 leds + 160 strip leds = 364 leds. Commander XT supports 264 leds), would all the leds work? The led strips of the box and the remaining 4 QL120 fans to the Commander XT that comes with the box. But I also go beyond the 264 leds (34x4=136 + 160 = 296 leds).

Bad Move, Microsoft...

Pourriez vous m'aider sur ce que je dois prendre comme hub commander core pro ou xt pour les ventilateurs et si je pourrai brancher les led razer du boitier et tout contrôler en même temps ? S'il vous plait. Use a paper clip or something similar to press the reset button; make sure you keep the button pressed. I bought an NZXT internal USB hub: Neither the Commander Core XT nor the Lightning Node Core have been detected, no matter what other configs I tried on the USB-Ports. The NZXT hub does not detect the Corsair Hubs. When I plugged my Gigabyte Aio on the Hub, it has been detected. So the hub is working, just not with the corsair products. We have not experienced any issues with AMD chipset motherboards during the COMMANDER CORE XT's testing.
