The probabilities of particles being in one place or state at any time is a difficult concept. Take time each morning feeling like that person. Feeling gratitude for your healing and your new life. Visualize what it would be like, and what it would feel like. Also: I don't agree with him that "I have to work hard to succeed" is a bad belief. It's a true belief. He himself works hard with his workshops to help people. I think what he's trying to say is "life is hard" is a bad belief. The central idea behind “ You Are The Placebo” is that, since Placebos do work by affecting our minds, we can learn to act on our own bodies the same way a placebo works. Crazy Placebo Stories

Dr. Dispenza suggests that these jumps can somehow be used by the human mind to communicate to the body and soul. This is pure bunk, and I nearly tossed the book at this point. But I was almost done and felt the need to finish. Mistake. Dr. Joe does more than simply explore the history and the physiology of the placebo effect. He asks the question: “Is it possible to teach the principles of the placebo, and without relying on any external substance, produce the same internal changes in a person’s health and ultimately in his or her life?” Please respect these type of teachings because they are absolut gold if followed through by YOUR efforts. (qtd. in Dispenza, 86) The book makes strong enough empirical arguments for the power of focused attention and intention in sculpting our future and our health, I found the quantum physics stuff a trivial flight of fantasy.The book makes a bold claim, you can heal almost anything with the power of belief - unsurprisingly, the way to do this is with meditation.
